Collaborating with emerging musician on his first video
Until now, Sol Paradise had been releasing music on streaming platforms such as Spotify and iTunes.
Key to this project, was creating the visual element to showcase a young emerging artist to a wider audience, by conceptualising a story that audiences would engage with and aspire to.
We matched Sol Paradise's “signature hazy sound eclipses the best of the Alt 90s” [A&R Factory] by utilising digital and analogue cameras to encompass a postmodern visual aesthetic. The complete process involved producing storyboards, art direction, digital editing and visual execution.
Hailing from London, multi-instrumentalist artist and producer Sol Paradise emerged onto the scene with debut single ‘No Doubt’ (April 2020). Amassing over 30,000 streams in the first two months of its release, the track also secured a permanent place on Arielle Free’s (Radio 1) “Free Your Mind” Spotify Playlist.
